For more information, please visit: www.greenhorseadvisory.com Your RoleAs a Legal Junior Associate in the Regulatory & Public Law Department, you’ll be part of a dynamic team based in Milan, working on complex regulatory matters, due diligence activities, legal opinions and researches related to key issues relevant to the industry. Key responsibilities include:Assisting clients with due diligence activitiesSupporting the M&A and project finance teams in the drafting of contractual projects’ related provisionsDrafting legal opinions on regulatory and administrative issuesConducting legal researchCollaborating with the other departments at Green Horse Advisory What We’re Looking ForWe seek a motivated recent law graduate or someone with up to one year of experience in the matters above, with:Ambition & Tenacity: Driven to achieve, tackle challenges, and continuously improvePrecision: Detail-oriented, with an understanding that accuracy is crucialSelf-Reliance: Able to navigate new challenges confidentlyPassion & Commitment: Enthusiastic about solving complex legal mattersAdvanced English skillsPrevious international experience—whether academic or professional—is considered a plus What We OfferInternational Exposure: Collaborate with top experts in the field.Advanced Training Opportunities: Monthly Green Horse Academy sessions on emerging industry topics.A Voice at the Table: Your ideas and insights will be valued and heard.
