Combine your dream Mediterranean lifestyle with an exciting role in the travel industry We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who speak Croatian and English to join our team supporting Booking.com You will be the voice of a trusted global travel company, assisting customers with high-quality guidance and support. Start date: 2 January 2026Location: Athens, Greece (on site)Salary: 1200 eur gross x 14Contract: Permanent and TemporaryShift: 40h/week (8h/day, 5 days/week)Rotational Monday-Sunday | 08:00-19:00 Responsibilities Provide customer support through phone, email, and chatAssist customers with bookings, account issues, and general inquiriesFollow internal processes and escalate cases when neededDeliver service with empathy, accuracy, and professionalismRepresent the Booking.com brand and ensure top customer satisfaction Your Profile Native/fluent in CroatianEnglish C1 and aboveStrong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skillsBasic computer literacyEU citizenship or a Residence Card with Full Market Access What We Offer Relocation support (up to 300 eur financial support and 3 weeks hotel accommodation near the office)Private health and life insurance50 eur monthly meal vouchers25 days of annual leave Why Join Us?
