La Divisione Engineering di Randstad Professional Leaders Search & Selection Padova, rivolta alla ricerca e selezione di profili di Middle & Senior management, ricerca per una grande realtà di processo, un/a:Process and Manufacturing ManagerPrincipali Responsabilità: Coordinare e guidare il team di Industrializzazione assegnando priorità e obiettivi per garantire il rispetto delle tempistiche di progetto. Definire le strategie di industrializzazione in otticaSimultaneous Engineering , validando le scelte tecnologiche fin dalle prime fasi di sviluppo del prodotto. Gestire i progetti di NPI (New Product Introduction): supervisionare l'intero iter, dalla fattibilità tecnica alla messa in produzione, garantendo il rispetto dei target di costo, qualità e tempo. Supervisionare la definizione dei processi: approvare cicli di lavoro, layout di linea, bilanciamenti, PFMEA e specifiche tecniche di impianti e automazioni. Gestione CAPEX e Budget: definire i fabbisogni di investimento per nuove attrezzature e tecnologie, valutando i fornitori e gestendo il budget assegnato. Miglioramento Continuo: promuovere l’applicazione delle metodologie Lean Manufacturing all’interno dei plant, guidando progetti di ottimizzazione dei flussi e riduzione degli sprechi. Garantire il trasferimento del know-how tecnico verso gli stabilimenti produttivi (anche esteri) e supportare lo start-up di nuove linee o siti produttivi.Requisiti Richiesti: Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria (Meccanica, Gestionale, Meccatronica o affini). Esperienza consolidata in ambito Industrializzazione, Ingegneria di Processo o Manufacturing Engineering, maturata in contesti industriali modernamente organizzati. Solida conoscenza delle metodologie Lean Manufacturing, WCM e tecniche di miglioramento continuo (Kaizen, 5S, SMED). Competenze avanzate di Project Management e gestione dei costi industriali. Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese (livello C1/Fluent), necessaria per le interazioni internazionali.
