For further information, please visit the NX Engineering District page.Scope of Responsibility Within the Procurement Department of NextChem spa, this role has the responsibility to procure Services related to the following Indirect categories:Engineering ServicesGeneral Services (Canteen, Car Fleet, Car Rental Travel, Security, Cleaning, Hotels, Office Supplies)HR (Training & Recruitment Services)ICT (Hardware, Software, Fixed & Mobile Telecommunications)Expediting & Inspection ServicesAssociations & EventsCommunication and Marketing activitiesUtilitiesKey Activities & ResponsibilitiesPreparation of bidder listsOrganize and run tenders leveraging the e-Procurement SystemEconomic and contractual negotiation of contracts and associated terms and conditionsPerform economical bid evaluation and propose awardingSecure compliance with internal procedures and protocolsIdentify and propose cost savings/process improvement opportunities, also through constant interfacing with Group CompaniesRequired Skills3 to 5 years of purchasing experience for categories in scopeExperience operating in an international challenging environmentExperience in end‑to‑end tender management (RFx Process).
