📄 Senior Planner – Settore Infrastrutture | Mantova IMS Srl, società di consulenza ingegneristica, ricerca per un progetto in collaborazione con un’importante società partner attiva nel settore delle costruzioni e delle infrastrutture, un/una Senior Planner a Mantova. 🔍 Cosa farai nel ruolo di Senior Planner: ✅ Sviluppare il programma lavori definendo attività, sequenza logica e risorse necessarie, in conformità ai requisiti di progetto ✅ Definire le tempistiche di esecuzione delle attività e garantire il corretto coordinamento tra le fasi operative di cantiere ✅ Monitorare l’avanzamento lavori e i costi rispetto al budget e al piano approvato ✅ Analizzare gli scostamenti tra programma lavori e avanzamento effettivo, individuando cause, impatti e possibili azioni correttive ✅ Redigere report periodici su avanzamento, costi e stato della commessa, a supporto della Direzione di Cantiere e della Committenza ✅ Proporre interventi migliorativi e correttivi per assicurare il rispetto di tempi, costi e standard qualitativi del progetto 🎯 Requisiti richiesti per il ruolo di Senior Planner: 🎓 Laurea in Ingegneria Civile o discipline affini 📆 Esperienza di almeno 3–5 anni nella pianificazione di cantieri infrastrutturali complessi 🏗️ Preferibile provenienza dal settore edilizia 💻 Ottima conoscenza dei software di pianificazione (Microsoft Project e Primavera) 💬 Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese 🤝 Spiccata capacità di problem solving, pianificazione e coordinamento 🧩 Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione con le diverse funzioni di cantiere 🕓 Capacità di gestire più attività contemporaneamente garantendo precisione e rispetto delle scadenze 📑 Contratto: Collaborazione Co.Co.Co. o P.IVA ⏳ Durata progetto: 6 mesi, con possibilità di successivo inserimento diretto in azienda 📍 Sede operativa: Mantova 🤝 La selezione rispetta i principi di diversity, equity & inclusion.
