Position: Key Account ManagerDepartment: Cyber Security BUQualification: LS | 2nd cycle university degreeWeekly Hours: 40Posted: 2 December 2024Reporting to: Chief Business Development OfficerResponsibilities:Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring their satisfaction with products or services;Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts;Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling;Negotiating contract renewals and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and key clients;Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and strategizing to expand the company's footprint in the market;Keeping track of key performance indicators (KPIs) and key account metrics, using data-driven insights to measure success and drive continuous improvement;Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet client expectations.Requirements:High school diploma/Master's degree in Sales, MKTG, Business Administration or a related field;A wide network of connections (Clients) in the Cyber Security field;Experience in delivering client-focused solutions;Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;Location: HQ: Rome (centre)Further information on the salary package will be provided during the selection process.The interested candidates, of either sex, can send a detailed curriculum vitae, complete with photos and authorization for the processing of personal data (GDPR Regulation EU 2016/679).#J-18808-Ljbffr
