La risorsa sarà inclusa/a nelle seguenti attività: Supporto nella ricerca, selezione e inserimento di collaboratori e tirocinanti (inclusi job posting e contatti con scuole e università)Accoglienza dei nuovi ingressi e gestione delle pratiche amministrativeSupporto all’organizzazione di corsi di formazione e iniziative aziendaliAggiornamento della reportistica HR (entrate/uscite, fascicoli personali, formazione e sviluppo)Collaborazione nell’organizzazione di eventi dedicati al personaleSupporto alla gestione delle diviseAssistenza nelle attività quotidiane del dipartimento HR Qualità e competenze desiderate: Formazione in ambito risorse umane Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicativeAttitudine proattiva, entusiasmo e attenzione ai dettagliOttima conoscenza della lingua italiana e ingleseEsperienza pregressa in hotel (anche tramite stage) sarà considerata un plusBuone conoscenze di Excel e passione per HR Analytics (sono un plus) Informazioni aggiuntive: Durata dello stage: 6 mesi (mese di partenza marzo 2026) Orario: 40 ore settimanali (da lunedì a venerdì)Sede di lavoro: Portrait Milano – Corso Venezia 11 Rimborso spese: €750 mensili Benefit: mensa aziendale, staffhouse (secondo disponibilità) by helplavoro.it
