Job Title: Channel Operation Specialist (Intern)Job Location: Rome (Italy)Main Responsibilities: Organize and manage internal department meetings, including preparing agendas and recording meeting minutes. Plan and coordinate team-building activities and partner certification training, tracking related budgets and expenses. Oversee staff time booking and claims submission in compliance with company policies, ensuring timely reporting from all team members. Support the channel sales team with forecasting activities and deliver regular reports to management. Act as a liaison for partners, providing support on channel program tools and implementation. Manage and monitor the Buy & Sell internal resource tool, used by Project Managers to allocate project resources. Ensure department-wide compliance with cybersecurity policies as per regional and national (Italy) regulations. Develop a deep understanding of distribution business operations and the channel business and service processes. Requirements: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, or a related field, graduating between January 2024 and December 2026. Proficiency in MS Office and back-office tools (ERP systems). Familiarity with research methods, reporting techniques and negotiation skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross-project tasks and stakeholder needs. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Language Requirements: Good command of English and fluent in Italian.
