In JW Venice we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support a wide range of HR activities and gain hands-on experience across key HR functions. Main responsibilities include: Assisting with the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate screening and interview scheduling Supporting onboarding and orientation activities for new hires Helping coordinate training sessions and employee development initiatives Maintaining HR databases, personnel records, and documentation Providing administrative support to the HR team in daily operations Assisting with employee engagement activities and internal communication This internship offers an excellent opportunity to build foundational HR skills, understand HR procedures and policies, and work closely with professionals in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
