Openjobmetis ricerca e seleziona un/una TENDER SPECIALIST (Specialista Ufficio Gare) da inserire nel team di Gallarate

Il candidato ideale è un/una giovane laureato/a (anche triennale), con una breve esperienza in ambito amministrativo (idealmente in un Agenzia per il Lavoro in ruoli amministrativi, in un ufficio paghe o presso un consulente del lavoro).

Verrà inserito/a nell'ufficio dell'Agenzia che si occupa della vendita di servizi HR alle imprese (prevalentemente somministrazione, ma anche alti servizi quali ricerca e selezione e formazione), attraverso la partecipazione a gare pubbliche e private, nazionali ed internazionali.


OBIETTIVI: promuovere i servizi HR alle imprese attraverso la partecipazione a gare pubbliche e private, nazionali ed internazionali


RESPONSABILITA

La risorsa si occuperà di analizzare i bandi e di redigere e presentare la documentazione richiesta


MANSIONE

· Analisi dei bandi e dei relativi capitolati dal punto di vista legale, amministrativo e commerciale;

· Calcolo del relativo costo del lavoro e marginalità attesa del servizio oggetto della gara;

· Supporto all'ufficio nella gestione di gare italiane ed estere e nell'espletamento di tutti gli adempimenti;

· predisposizione della documentazione necessaria per la partecipazione alle gare;

· aggiornare e gestire le iscrizioni agli albi fornitori.

Requisiti

Laurea (triennale o magistrale) preferibilmente in materie giuridiche

Precedente esperienza in un'agenzia per il lavoro ricoprendo un ruolo amministrativo oppure all'interno di un ufficio di elaborazione paghe (anche presso un consulente del lavoro)

Conoscenza della lingua inglese

Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office ed in particolare di Excel

Si richiede disponibilità full time
