Job Description: Project Administrator
Position: Project Administrator
Location: Remote LATAM
Employment Type: Fulltime contractor
Hours: 84:30 PST but flexibility that the candidates in LATAM can start earlier as long as they have overlap in the middle of the day for the PST timezone.

Overview: We are seeking a detailoriented Project Administrator to support our project management team consisting of four existing project coordinators. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within our project pods. The successful candidate will be highly organized efficient and possess a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to project coordinators including scheduling meetings managing documentation and tracking project progress.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of project reports presentations and other materials.
  • Maintain and update project management software (Procore) to ensure accurate and timely information is available to the team.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables helping to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
  • Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders to facilitate information sharing and collaboration.
  • Assist with onboarding new project team members and provide training on administrative processes and tools.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the project management team and contribute to overall project success.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role preferably within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Procore or similar project management software (Asana as an example)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being selfmotivated.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in project management or coordination within the construction sector.
  • Familiarity with industryspecific documentation and regulatory requirements.
