Reliability and Maintenance Scheduler

Il team di Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) di Amazon è essenziale per il funzionamento delle attività operative. In qualità di RME Planner svolgerai un ruolo fondamentale in un team numeroso, dislocato in tutta Europa, e sarai la voce portante in conversazioni sulle tecnologie adottate nei depositi e nelle reti di distribuzione. Sarai in grado di prevedere i problemi prima che insorgano e terrai traccia delle attrezzature necessarie affinché varie attività possano svolgersi senza intoppi. Sarai la figura di riferimento nel nostro sistema computerizzato di gestione della manutenzione (CMMS), dimostrando efficienza e flessibilità nell’ambiente dinamico del magazzino.
Key job responsibilities- Utilizzando il nostro software CMMS, stabilire dove eseguire gli interventi di manutenzione e riparazione.
- Comprendere e implementare gli standard europei in tutti i sistemi di tua competenza.
- Revisionare e analizzare sistematicamente le attrezzature in loco, assicurando che i livelli di stock restino sempre elevati.
- Monitorare il sistema per la manutenzione, assicurando che i livelli di attrezzature siano registrati correttamente e che le previsioni siano accurate.
In qualità di RME Planner, la tua priorità sarà assicurare la fluidità delle nostre attività operative. Il tuo lavoro si svolgerà in una delle nostre sedi operative, dove ti occuperai della gestione delle risorse e della pianificazione della manutenzione preventiva. Analizzerai approfonditamente le performance logistiche e stabilirai standard elevati, con l’obiettivo di ottimizzare le attrezzature disponibili.
Dalle più piccole componenti di singole macchine a interi sistemi, sarai tu a stabilire dove indirizzare le risorse per la manutenzione, lavorando a stretto contatto con i team ingegneristici locali. Collaborerai con altri membri della nostra rete europea, sempre alla ricerca di modi innovativi per migliorare la nostra efficienza.
