The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for finance and business strategy.Main activities:Support FP&A team in preparing preparations for the CEO /CFO for the Budget, Forecast, Business Plan etc. jointly with the business and relevant managers/stakeholdersActively contribute to the continuous review and improvement of the financial planning processes and tools to standardize and reduce manual work and share knowledgeSupport with analysis of business performance, deep-dives, reviews of key drivers of performanceSupport in day-by-day forecasting and analysisSupport the team in month end close and monthly forecastsWork in team with Finance community to ensure maximum efficiency and harmony in delivery group financial reporting and analysisRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Management Engineering or equivalentPrevious internship experience is a plusProcessing information with precision and high attention to detailsDemonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team membersFluent in English and ItalianAdvanced Microsoft Excel (Power BI skills is a plus)Good communication skills and result orientationWhat We offer?Opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and stimulating environment.Hands-on experience in financial and strategic planning.Chance to work closely with experienced professionals in the field.Collaborative and inclusive work environmentIf you are interested in this opportunity and wish to develop your skills, please send us your resume.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and take pride of our diverse and inclusive environment.
