Jobtech , agenzia per il lavoro totalmente digitale, è alla ricerca di un/a Chef per conto di una struttura alberghiera 4 stelle situata nell’area nord di Milano.

Tipologia contrattuale: Inserimento diretto a tempo indeterminato;
Giorni e orari di lavoro: 6 giorni su 7, turno unico di 8h;
Avrai l’opportunità di inserirti in una realtà strutturata e organizzata, con volumi importanti e un contesto professionale orientato alla qualità del servizio e alla crescita delle risorse.

Gestione completa della cucina;
Pianificazione e sviluppo dei menù;
Applicazione e supervisione delle procedure HACCP;
Controllo degli standard qualitativi e operativi.

Esperienza certificata di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo di Chef di Cucina;
Solida esperienza nella gestione organizzativa della cucina;
Ottima conoscenza delle tecniche culinarie;
Diploma alberghiero;
Disponibilità a lavorare nei weekend.
