Assisterai il Cleaning and Facility Manager nella gestione e supervisione dei fornitori, al fine di garantire che la gestione dell’evento sia ottimale. In particolare le tue manisoni saranno: gestione della reportistica quotidiana: raccogliere e presentare dati su personale, rifiuti, incidenti, reclami e fornire feedback al manager; supporto ai fornitori: affiancare, guidare e supervisionare i partner che si occupano di pulizia e rifiuti, garantendo una comunicazione chiara e precisa ed assicurando una corretta esecuzione dei compiti; gestione degli Stakeholder e Collaborazione: garantire un servizio clienti ottimale, collaborare con gli altri dipartimenti assicurando il corretto funzionamento delle attività; supporto del Manager: assistere il Manager nelle attività quotidiane, supervisionare le attività dei fornitori e assicurarsi che raggiungano i loro obiettivi, qualora necessario sostituire il Manager in sua assenza.
