Procurement InternWe are looking for a Procurement Intern to join our Procurement team at Galileo Global Education Italia in Milan. The intern will support supplier management and purchasing processes for goods and services related to the Group’s Italian Schools: Istituto Marangoni, NABA, and Domus Academy.The Intern, under the guidance of the Procurement Manager, will gain experience in procurement and administrative process management within a dynamic and international environment in the Education field.Main TasksCreate and update supplier records in the Company’s management system.Support the processing, monitoring, and closure of purchase orders.Verify the accuracy of supplier data and administrative documentation.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather purchasing requirements and manage approval workflows.Contribute to process optimization and the digitalization of procurement procedures.Collaborate with the Procurement team, learning from the experience of the team and contributing to a positive working environmentRequirementsTeam-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Strong attention to details and accuracy in data management.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Process-oriented.Fluent in English (written and spoken).ConditionsLocation: Milan, ItalyReports to: Procurement ManagerDuration: 6 monthsIf you believe you meet these requirements, we encourage you to apply and join our GGE Italia team.Please, send your application and authorize the treatment of personal data in compliance with the GDPR 679/16.According to the GDPR 679/16 we inform you that the treatment of Personal Data contained in your resume, will respect the principles of legality, fairness and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
