I’m currently working with an international renewable energy developer on an exciting
100–200 MWp utility-scale Solar PV project in Sicily , and we’re looking for an experienced
Construction Manager
to join the project team.
This is an
owner’s representative role , working on-site throughout the construction phase and overseeing delivery by third-party EPC contractors.
The Project 100–200 MWp utility-scale Solar PV plant HV grid-connection substation Environmental mitigation works Full EPC delivery model Sicily, Italy Permanent position | Daily on-site presence
The Role You’ll act as the owner’s primary on-site representative, monitoring construction progress and ensuring the project is delivered safely, to the required quality standards, on schedule and in line with contractual requirements. You’ll work closely with EPC contractors, subcontractors, independent engineers, grid stakeholders and internal project teams across: Civil & earthworks PV installation and electrical BoP MV/HV cabling and substation works Grid connection Environmental mitigation Commissioning
What We’re Looking For 3–5 years’ experience
in construction management, owner’s representation or site supervision Utility-scale
Solar PV experience highly desirable Background in renewables, power infrastructure or large-scale industrial construction Good understanding of PV xdwybme construction phases and site interfaces Ability to read engineering drawings, SLDs, technical specifications and project schedules Strong site judgement, communication and problem-solving skills A practical, proactive and commercially aware approach Engineering, Energy, Construction Management or relevant technical degree English required Valid driving licence and willingness to be site-based
