Duties list : Before service :
• Prepare station foroperation
• Set up the restaurant
• Arrange the seating's accordingto the given table's allocation
• Check salt and pepper refill ifneeded
• Attend daily briefing (always wear your uniform)
• Makesure you always have the necessary prior the start of the service(notepad, pens, bottle opener, lighter and smile)
• Be presentable
• Make sure your breath is fresh During the service :
• Welcome theguests
• Maintain high quality service and friendly atmosphere
•Take orders
• Punch orders properly (EPOS)
• Serve tables
•Introduce every and each dishes on the table
• Help the runners
•Assist your superior
• Make sure your work performance is always upto Jul's standards
• Keep track of breakage/spoilage
• Clean whennecessary
• Report manager when complain has been raised Afterservice :
• Break down your section
• Make sure all closing dutiesare completed
• Fill in check list
• Consult with your superiorregarding your feedback on the shift
• Make sure that everything isclean and tidy
• Polish cutlery &, glasses
