Monitora la gestione dell incidente fino alla chiusura, garantendo un adeguata escalation se necessaria. Garantisce l emissione puntuale del Report dell Incidente verso il SHEQ Deputy tramite il LoB Process QA. Garantisce la reportistica periodica (settimanale/mensile). Contribuisce all identificazione delle cause radice dell incidente e lavora per assicurare il processo di miglioramento continuo dei prodotti RSBU. Coordina e registra le informazioni e le lezioni apprese dall IRT (Incident Response Team), responsabile dell implementazione del Business Continuity Plan, per affrontare gli Incidenti di Prodotto e Servizio, ripristinare i processi e svolgere le attività correlate al miglioramento continuo della qualità. Sede di Lavoro: Pistoia Assunzione a tempo indeterminato diretta con il cliente Modalità di Lavoro: IbridaRequisiti Laurea in Ingegneria o equivalente (preferibilmente in Ingegneria Meccanica, Elettrica, dei Materiali o Industriale) o background tecnico equivalente. Conoscenza di base dei materiali e delle tecnologie utilizzate nei prodotti ferroviari, come sistemi di bordo, componenti elettrici e meccanici. Abilità nella preparazione e gestione della documentazione tecnica e dei report di qualità. Capacità di lavorare in team e comunicare efficacemente con altri reparti e fornitori. Familiarità con strumenti e metodologie di gestione della qualità, come Diagramma di Ishikawa (o Diagramma a Lisca di Pesce), 5 Whys, report 8D, FMEA (Analisi dei Modi e degli Effetti di Guasto). Completano il profilo la conoscenza di regolamenti nazionali e internazionali relativi alla sicurezza e qualità dei prodotti ferroviari (ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 22163:2023), capacità di lavorare bene con gli altri e familiarità con software specifici di gestione qualità come SAP o altri strumenti. - Laurea in Ingegneria o equivalente (preferibilmente in Ingegneria Meccanica, Elettrica, dei Materiali o Industriale) o background tecnico equivalente. - Conoscenza di base dei materiali e delle tecnologie utilizzate nei prodotti ferroviari, come sistemi di bordo, componenti elettrici e meccanici. - Abilità nella preparazione e gestione della documentazione tecnica e dei report di qualità. - Capacità di lavorare in team e comunicare efficacemente con altri reparti e fornitori. - Familiarità con strumenti e metodologie di gestione della qualità, come Diagramma di Ishikawa (o Diagramma a Lisca di Pesce), 5 Whys, report 8D, FMEA (Analisi dei Modi e degli Effetti di Guasto).
