This could be the opportunity for youAdecco is recruiting, on behalf of a client company based near Venaria Reale, a Junior Quality Engineer.The client is a growing Italian company specializing in highly technical industrial filtration solutions. It offers a stimulating and collaborative work environment, where young engineers can grow professionally and build a solid, long-term career within the company.The selection process includes a light assessment directly on site, featuring a practical project and a role play. These activities are designed to give you the opportunity to best showcase your technical skills, interpersonal abilities, and growth potential.What will you be responsible for?You will be an integral part of the Quality team and will work closely with the Quality Manager, actively contributing to the following activities:Supporting daily quality management and compliance activities.Evaluating supplier compliance by reviewing certificates, declarations, and technical documentation, maintaining direct contact with suppliers for any required updates or integrations.Supporting the continuous improvement of company processes, ensuring documentation is updated and traceable in line with the ISO 9001 quality management system.Supporting the maintenance of compliance with European and international regulations (e.g. REACH, RoHS, TSCA, Conflict Minerals, etc.).Participating in the management of Non-Conformities, collaborating in the analysis and resolution of customer complaints, from registration through to closure.Who are we looking for?We are seeking a motivated, curious individual who is eager to learn and grow.
