Finance Controller

Finance Controller Designation : Flexible Reports to : Head of Finance Work Description: Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and regulatory compliance. Prepare Audit data and coordinate for audit done by Big 4s. Identify costsaving opportunities and operational efficiencies. Prepare accurate financial statements as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). Oversee monthend and yearend closing processes. Prepare and present monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports. Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax filings. Lead and mentor the finance team to foster professional growth. Evaluate and improve financial systems processes and controls. Support technologydriven initiatives and digital transformation in finance. Candidature requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Inter CA with 3 years of relevant work experience. Proven handson knowledge of Internal Financial Controls (IFC). Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (India AS). Experience in financial statement preparation and monthend/yearend close processes. Proficiency in financial planning budgeting and forecasting. Excellent analytical problemsolving and proactive approach. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in the healthcare industry or multilocation business setups (preferred). Familiarity with ERP systems and financial management software. Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
