🌥️ Cloud Engineer / Cloud Architect – Freelance Opportunity (Turin / Milan)👤 Must be based in Italy – No sponsorship availableWe are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer / Cloud Architect to join an exciting long‑term project with a major enterprise client in Turin. If you thrive in complex cloud environments, love designing scalable architectures, and enjoy taking technical leadership, this role is for you.This position is open to freelancers and offers a hybrid work model with 2 days per week onsite in Turin.🔧 What You’ll DoAs a Cloud Engineer / Architect, you will:Design, implement, and optimize cloud architectures for enterprise‑scale environmentsLead technical decisions and guide project teams on cloud best practicesCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and automated cloud solutionsContribute to cloud modernization initiatives and infrastructure automation🎯 Required Skills & ExperienceDegree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in the IT industry with strong focus on cloud and distributed systems2+ years as a Technical Leader and/or Project Manager on cloud projectsFluent in English (C1) and Italian (C1)✨ Nice-to-Have SkillsCloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert, etc.)Experience with SQL & NoSQL databasesKnowledge of datacenter networking: IP, VLAN, VxLAN, BGPFamiliarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies🛠️ Technical ExpertiseStrong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (design & development)Proficiency in Python, Go, or JavaSolid understanding of DevOps / GitOps practices and cloud automation📍 Work SetupLocation: Turin (customer site) / Milan (company base)Onsite Requirement: 2 days per week in TurinRemote Work: Not availableContract Type: FreelanceSensitive Data: No🚀 Why Join This Project?Work on high-impact cloud transformation initiativesCollaborate with senior engineers and architectsOpportunity to shape cloud strategy in a complex enterprise environmentStable, long-term freelance engagementIf you're a cloud professional ready to take on a challenging and rewarding project, we’d love to hear from you.
