Role: Medical Doctor (MD, DO, MBBS, or equivalent) - RemoteLocations: Italy (100% Remote)Compensation: Up to USD 120/hourWe are looking for a Medical Doctor with clinical imaging experience to contribute to advanced AI model training by creating diagnostic questions, reviewing AI outputs, and providing structured feedback. This flexible remote work enhances AI accuracy in medical imaging interpretation while fitting alongside clinical practice.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and validate clinical radiology-based questions with structured reasoningEvaluate AI-generated radiology reports for diagnostic accuracy and clinical logicProvide detailed feedback to enhance AI model performance and reliabilityReview and interpret diagnostic imaging (CT, MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound) cases for AI trainingEssential QualificationsRadiology experience and clinical experienceCurrent practising radiologists, fellows, or recent residents welcomeStrong clinical reasoning, attention to detail, and written English proficiencyFully remote with flexible scheduling (5-40 hrs/week)High hourly compensation with weekly international paymentsExposure to cutting-edge AI medical imaging developmentNo clinical liability, patient interaction, or emergency coverage requiredAll qualified applicants are welcome regardless of protected characteristics. Selection based solely on radiology expertise, clinical experience, and project requirements per applicable laws.
