This position reports to:
Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for the sales of products within the Electrification Business Area - Application Building in line with the application strategy. You will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also identify and develop new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid. This role contributes to the Energy Distribution & Building Automation, E-Mobility market development in Trentino, specifically in Trento Province. Main stakeholders include wholesalers, installers, panel builders, OEMs, and EPCs. You will be mainly accountable for:
- Building and managing commercial relationships with all stakeholders, focusing on order volume, product and solutions mix, and customer satisfaction.
- Proposing the Application Building products and solutions portfolio regarding Energy Distribution, Building Automation, and E-Mobility.
- Ensuring efficient sales and marketing activities and communicating the value proposition to customers to develop your sales plan.
- Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market/area.
Qualifications for the role:
- 3 - 5 years of sales experience
- Good knowledge of Energy Distribution, Building Automation, and E-Mobility
- Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to understand customer needs
- Good team player
