Job Title: Junior Energy Engineer (Intern)Job Location: Rome, Milan (Italy)Main Responsibilities: Market Analysis: Conduct detailed engineering analyses of the energy market, identifying customer challenges and opportunities for improvement. Solution Development: Design and propose innovative technical solutions tailored to customer needs and project requirements. Sales Support: Assist in solution planning, preparation of technical presentations, and meeting solution-related sales targets. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless implementation of photovoltaic and renewable energy solutions. Service Strategy Contribution: Gather customer service requirements, analyze industry service trends (e.g., inverter technologies), and contribute to the development and refinement of service strategies. Knowledge Sharing: Provide technical support to senior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the Solution Sales team. Requirements: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy Engineering, Electrical or a related technical field, graduating between January 2024 and December 2026. Demonstrated interest and enthusiasm for renewable energy technologies, including photovoltaic systems, inverters, data centers, electric mobility, site power facilities, or embedded power systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross-project tasks and stakeholder needs. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
