Webuild è alla ricerca di un/a Projects Technical Planning Expert per la sede Corporate di Roma.

La funzione Project Technical Planningsi occupa di supportare il General Manager Global Operations nell'esecuzione di attività di approfondimento su un determinato progetto sia in fase di studio che di esecuzione.


Principali attività

  • Durante la fase di gara: verifica e condivisione delle principali analisi di costo con il Bidding Department;
  • Durante la fase di esecuzione dei lavori: verifica completa dell’intero costing ed individuazione di eventuali punti critici, partecipazione alla verifica del costing e condivisione dello stesso con i responsabili del cantiere, verifica ed analisi critica dei tempi previsti per l’esecuzione dei lavori;
  • Organizzare la raccolta dati dal cantiere e la successiva consuntivazione in modo che questi possano essere utilizzati sia per verificare l’andamento della commessa che per entrare nella banca dati della società.

Requisiti

  • Laurea in Ingegneria, Economia o discipline scientifiche affini;
  • 3-5 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili nei settori Costruzioni, Oil & Gas o affini;
  • Necessaria esperienza in cantiere;
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel);
  • Dimestichezza con strumenti informatici. La conoscenza di software specifici come CCS o Primavera P6 verrà valutata positivamente;
  • Italiano e Inglese fluenti;
  • Capacità di analisi, pianificazione, sviluppo di budget e monitoraggio costi;
  • Orientamento al risultato, problem solving.
