We are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising talent to join us at Operations Headquarter in Agordo (BL).

As an Industrialization Engineer, you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards and managing the introduction of new products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive alignment of New Product Introduction strategy with internal stakeholders.
  • Drive unresolved problems to the appropriate groups, by working with technical office, quality, and tooling engineering.
  • Verify the work cycle of the components using the data from the pre-series area.
  • Verify the accuracy of the bill of materials (BOM).
  • Verify the correctness of work cycles declared by avanserie.
  • Conduct field inspections of workpieces by interfacing with department heads, shift leaders, area managers, and the quality department.
  • Execute tests in the department.
  • Interface with the shop floor for execution and validation of tests.
  • Interface with UT for component design.
  • Verify eyeglass status transitions.

PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • You have a Degree in Engineering.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a complex environment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, are proactive, and inspire others to be proactive.
  • You see solutions, not problems, and excel at solving them.
  • You love challenges and take your responsibilities seriously.
  • You are flexible and can adapt in a context of constant change.
  • You possess strong facilitation and communication skills.
