Role Overview

The Fleet Card Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing and improving fleet card management processes including the deployment and optimization of payment solutions and fleet management systems. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of fleet card solutions and to enhance the efficiency and functionality of fleet operations

Skills Required:

• Experience in developing solutions for complex challenges in the Fleet Card and B2B services industry.
• Indepth knowledge of fleet management card services and payment solutions within the B2B sphere.
• Familiarity with businessIT enterprise architecture models IT operating models and capability maturity models in the fleet card industry.
• Skilled in designing and executing business analysis for large transformation programs within the fleet card industry.
• Proven track record of developing and deepening business relationships with key stakeholders.
• Competency in engaging with senior client individuals on both technology and business topics.
• Ability to build sustainable relationships with key buyers and decisionmakers in new and existing client bases.
• Management of diverse teams across Infosys to ensure the best solutions and value outcomes for clients.
• Aim to create and maintain a competitive advantage in the fleet card market.
