MX B2B Pre-Sales Support (INTERNSHIP)

Position Summary

The MX B2B presales is a technical pre-sales specialist who provides to prospects, customers, partners and MX B2B sales team, in-depth domain product and solutions expertise. Provide support about Samsung technologies and solutions performing live demo, co-organizing events and trainings to share and improve the Samsung convergence experience.

Support the Team leader in the analysis of MX B2B sales data/forecast information and in the management of the business leads.

Role and ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
  • Support MX B2B sales providing technical assistance and insight;
  • Support Team leader in the data collection and analysis of sales data/forecast;
  • Support MX B2B Team members in the co-organization of events, live demo and training;
  • Source and propose engagement of third parties (SW developers, integrators etc.) necessary to the realization of the projects;
Skills and QualificationsQualifications/Requirements:

Educational Background: Masters / Bachelor in Management/TLC/IT Engineering;

Computer Knowledge: Very good MS Office tool required. Basic knowledge of MDM platform will be considered as a plus.

Language Knowledge: good written and spoken Italian & English.

Others: Problem solving skills, good teamwork, high accuracy in performing tasks.
