Digital Marketing & Design SpecialistRole OverviewWe are seeking a creative and drivenDigital Marketing & Design Specialistto support our branding, digital marketing, and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate is visually strong, digitally savvy, and passionate about creating engaging content, preferably with a strong portfolio and an interest in the aviation industry.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow the company’s social media platformsCreate compelling marketing content, including photos, videos, and digital assetsDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies and online campaignsMonitor and analyze website and campaign performance using web analytics toolsSupport the design and production of marketing and training materialsAssist with event planning, coordination, and on-site supportQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related fieldA strong portfolio demonstrating marketing, design, and content creation workRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge ofSocial Media MarketingandDigital MarketingProficiency inphotography and videography, including editingExperience withweb analyticsand online marketing toolsProficient inAdobe Creative Suite(especially Illustrator and Photoshop; knowledge of Premiere Pro is an advantage) Ability to create engaging and brand-aligned content for digital platformsExcellent command ofEnglish and Italian, both written and spokenInterest or passion for theaviation industryis highly desirableStrong creative mindset with a drive to contribute to company growthAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPlace of work:Monterotondo, Rome – Italy (00015) Applicants are kindly required to send CV with portfolio (NO AI please) to marketing@aviomar.org.Equal Opportunity StatementAviomar Flight Academy is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
