Be part of the Sales organization throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology, determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving as a key technical and commercial resource in the assigned area, prepare offers and support customers.

Your main responsibility will be to care about business activities in Italy, selling our product portfolio and complete solutions to our customers and prospects, giving them all the technical support needed.

This position requires to travel in Italy in order to establish and maintain a close relationship with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Main Duties and Responsibilities: Understand customers’ needs and design solutions with our technologies and services. Prepare offers, technical proposals, solution presentations, Tender& Bid management, etc. Generate leads and grow existing relationships, maintain an accurate and detailed opportunity list, and develop the customer base. Identify potential channels and technical partners to grow our business. Utilize the SAP tool during all sales stages. Your Profile

Mandatory Requirements: Master’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred);

Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications; Ability to communicate fluently in English;

Clean Driving license. Preferred skills and experience: Commercial and Technical experience with at least 3 years in the field of cable system products;

Prior experience with the Italian public tender process is required;

Business and budget planning capacity;

Analyze sales contracts, terms & conditions, Quoting and Price negotiation;

Customer service, pre-sales and after sales technical support on cable system products;

Site audit experience.

Soft skills: Good interpersonal and leadership skills; Self-motivated, quick and assertive; Good writing and communication skills; Calm, pro-active and collaborative; Able to work well under pressure and comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments.
