Finance Manager berperan strategis dalam mengelola, mengawasi, dan mengembangkan seluruh fungsi keuangan perusahaan, memastikan integritas, akurasi, kepatuhan, serta pertumbuhan finansial bisnis. Posisi ini tidak hanya fokus pada pencatatan dan pelaporan, tetapi juga bertindak sebagai business partner bagi manajemen dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis.Menjaga integritas data keuangan, general ledger, dan rekonsiliasi keuangan secara berkala.Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan akuntansi, perpajakan, dan regulasi yang berlaku.Berkoordinasi dengan auditor eksternal, konsultan pajak, dan pihak regulator.Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan kontrol internal untuk keamanan dan tata kelola keuangan.Menyediakan analisis keuangan dan insight strategis untuk mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis.Memberikan rekomendasi keuangan kepada manajemen terkait efisiensi budget, peningkatan pendapatan, dan pengambilan keputusan lintas divisi (operasional, marketing, HR, business development).Menyusun budgeting, forecasting, dan monitoring kinerja keuangan terhadap target.Mengawasi arus kas (cash flow) untuk memastikan likuiditas dan kesehatan finansial perusahaan.Memimpin dan mengembangkan tim finance & accounting.Menyusun, mengevaluasi, dan meningkatkan SOP serta proses keuangan agar lebih efisien dan terkontrol.Menjadi penghubung antara fungsi keuangan dan manajemen senior.Lamaran kamu akan mencakup pertanyaan-pertanyaan berikut:What's your expected monthly basic salary?Which of the following types of qualifications do you have?How many years' experience do you have as a finance manager?How many years of taxation experience do you have?Which of the following accounting tasks are you familiar with?How many years' experience do you have with forecasting for businesses?
