We provide innovative custom solutions according to our customers requirements. The Group was established in 1986. Nowadays Venair has 28 sales branches distributed in Europe Africa Asia and America 3 manufacturing centres and employs more than 300 people around the world.

Due to our international expansion we are we are seeking a Sviluppo Commerciale (Onsite) based in our sales branch in Castellazzo Bormida AL (Italy) to develop the business in the SouthEast Europe.

You will ct as a BDR working to grow and maintain our portfolio of customers searching for new business opportunities and analysing the market context.

Tasks

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects and manage the entire sales cycle to close new business (onsite) by doing prospection cold calling quotations followup monitoring attention advice and aftersales service.
  • Market analysis and contact/lead creation.
  • Foster customer service relationships with clients to generate future sales opportunities.
  • Champion company products by demonstrating productspecific knowledge.
  • Achieve sales goals by following proven processes and developing new ones.
  • Fill in the CRM with all your commercial efforts.
  • Report to the Sales Manager.
  • Other sales tasks.
Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (Business Administration Economics Engineering or similar).
  • B2B Sales Experience from 1 to 2 years especially in green fields and sectors such as pharmaceutical or food.
  • High level of English.
  • High level of Italian.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to work in an onsite job position and small teams.
