As a Key Account Manager ETICS, you will be responsible for the business related to sales of External Thermal Insulation Composite System reporting directly to the sales director.

Responsibilities

  • Develops strategic and long-term relationships with the most important customers for the company, supporting them in their needs related to the ETICS market.

  • Manages business relationships with leading ETICS providers.

  • Develops commercial strategies aimed at increasing ETICS company turnover in collaboration with Area Managers and the sales force present on the national territory.

  • Identifies sales opportunities, in collaboration with the technical team, providing innovative solutions that provide added value and contribute to the company's sales goals.

  • Acts as an advocate for the ETICS business, presenting market needs within the organization to continuously improve customer service delivery.

  • Develop and define procurement strategies in collaboration with the Supply department.

  • Collaborates with internal teams, including product development and marketing to provide services and solutions to the ETICS business.

  • Is always up-to-date on market trends, competitor strategies and market dynamics.

  • Defines and coordinates formulation of the ETICS price list.

  • Manages relationships with top customers and executive customers.

  • Manages initiatives and opportunities created by themselves or by the Specification team.

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of the ETICS system.

  • Good negotiation skills with customers and suppliers, problem solving orientation.

  • Good knowledge of the English language for management of EMEA cross-regional projects.

  • Excellent organizational, negotiation and planning skills.

  • Use of CRM and analytics tools.
