Su cosa lavorerai

Siamo alla ricerca di una figura da inserire all’interno del nostro team nella funzione Mobile App & Web Development a supporto delle attività di gestione e coordinamento degli sviluppi dei principali touchpoints digitali Sorgenia: My Sorgenia (App e area Clienti Web) e My Next Move (App).

La nostra funzione si occupa di garantire lo sviluppo delle piattaforme raccogliendo i need delle aree di Business e gestendone la roadmap di realizzazione.

All’interno del team di prodotto dovrai:

  • Costruire il prodotto: analizzerai il contesto business e ti occuperai insieme al team della definizione di soluzioni che portino valore ai clienti e migliorino i processi interni.
  • Delivery del prodotto: determinerai roadmaps, deadlines e milestone per il team e sarai il facilitatore del team, rimuovendo bottlenecks e pain points, curando tutte le fasi di requisitazione, fattibilità, design, rilascio e gestione di eventuali anomalie.

  • Organizzazione: Sei meticolosamente organizzato, lavori per obiettivi e ti piace strutturare dei processi.
  • Approccio analitico: Procedi con step logici, e sei in grado di analizzare problemi da ogni angolo.
  • Pragmatismo e proattività: Sei abbastanza pragmatico per riconoscere l'importanza di fare la cosa di maggior valore in un dato momento, e sei proattivo nel portarla a termine fino in fondo.
  • Comunicazione: Riesci ad esprimerti con chiarezza e assertività, e hai ottime capacità relazionali per inserirti nella frequente interazione con le diverse funzioni aziendali.
  • Product Ownership: Dimestichezza con le metodologie di lavoro Agile e collaborativo (brainstorming, mindmap, workshop, MVP). Conoscenza degli strumenti informatici, di web analytics e project management (Jira, Slack) e del pacchetto Office (Power Point, Excel, Teams).

La tua sede di lavoro

Lavorerai nel nostro HQs di Milano in Via A. Algardi 4 insieme al resto del tuo team di riferimento. Ci impegniamo a favorire il tuo work-life balance e quindi avrai la possibilità, se lo desideri, di lavorare anche in modalità ibrida organizzandoti con il tuo team.
