We are seeking an experienced HRBP to lead and deliver human resource services and initiatives for our sites in Italy, to be based in Mezzago or Marcianise. As part of the HR team Italy, the HR Partner, Specialized Care will be involved in the full scope of Human Resources activities across our Italian sites.

Please note the role requires frequent travels.

1. Lead local labor relations, including unions and work councils, and ensure flawless execution of specific global and local projects.
2. Optimize human capital by ensuring organizational structure and design is in alignment with business needs.
3. Partner with all levels of people managers to provide professional-level consulting and decision-making support for all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
4. Practice and demonstrate a high level of competence and professional HR knowledge, tactical skills and expertise.
5. Provide coaching and counsel on performance, compensation, career development, etc. that aligns to and supports business strategy and attainment of objectives.
6. Effectively guide leaders through difficult situations, employee relations and conflict.
7. Help identify and develop talent by ensuring clear development and succession plans are in place.
8. Support site-level employee engagement initiatives including survey participation; drive employee and manager accountability for plans to monitor and improve engagement.

1. At least 10 years prior HR Business partnership, ideally in a multinational, industrial and matrix environment.
2. Depth of knowledge in Italian employment law, labor relations and negotiations.
3. Strategic thinking to anticipate challenges and address issues that benefit the organization.
4. Strong consultative skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
5. Exceptional customer service, emotional intelligence and empathy.
6. High level of personal integrity, and the ability to professionally handle confidential matters.
7. Required: Working knowledge of workday and case management tool.
8. Fluent English and Italian language skills, both written and spoken.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management would be preferred, but a combination of great practical experience, professional HR will be favorably considered.

2. Facility that is easily reachable by train or by car from Milan with spacious parking place.
