Adecco's specialized Lifescience division is currently seeking a Tender Specialist for a leading company in the sales and rental of medical devices and electromedical equipment. Responsibilities: The selected candidate will join the Back Office team and will be responsible for the following activities: - Analyzing tender notices, drafting documentation, and preparing economic and technical-administrative bids for public procurement contracts related to the supply of medical devices and equipment. - Managing and archiving sales and rental documentation. - Processing orders and managing deliveries. - Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable. - Invoicing and monitoring deadlines. - Handling customer relations and providing assistance via email and phone. - Collaborating with other departments to ensure an efficient workflow. - Monitoring order status and inventory levels. - Utilizing the Arca management software for data entry and management. Requirements: - Diploma or degree in administration, commerce, or related fields. - Experience in managing public procurement contracts, preferably in the field of medical device supplies for the public sector. - Knowledge of current legislation on public procurement. - Preferable familiarity with the Arca management software. - Previous experience in back office or administrative roles, preferably in the medical or healthcare sector. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good command of the English language. - Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office). - Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and in a team.
