Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.
THE ROLE
New Guards Group is seeking an Internal Logistics Intern to join our team and support our logistics operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- As an Internal Logistics Intern, you will assist the Logistic management team with various logistics and supply chain tasks, including:
- Monitor internal logistics operations to ensure efficient material flow and sample management.
- Collaborate with other departments to support schedules and delivery timelines.
- Implement and maintain logistics processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage and support activities related to events, such as fashion shows, sales campaigns, and shoots; with the possibility to travel.
- Be in charge of all movements related to the samples that you’ll receive from other departments, both outbound and inbound.
WHO YOU ARE
- A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A previous experience in a similar role is a plus, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Proficient in using logistics software and Excel.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong commitment to maintaining operational efficiency and professionalism.
