Lavoropiù S.p.A. - filiale di Lucca - ricerca per azienda cliente la figura di:HR ADMINISTRATION &; ADDETTO/A AL CICLO PASSIVOLa figura si occuperà in particolare delle seguenti attività:• Interfaccia con lo studio paghe: rilevazione presenze, raccolta e controllo giustificativi, invio dati variabili per l’elaborazione dei cedolini • Supporto ai dipendenti nella comprensione di buste paga, detrazioni, assegni familiari e normative di base • Gestione dello scadenziario della sorveglianza sanitaria e organizzazione delle visite mediche • Monitoraggio scadenze della formazione obbligatoria e organizzazione dei corsi di sicurezza • Supporto nella preparazione della documentazioneper assunzioni, proroghe, trasformazioni e cessazioni •Gestione e registrazione delle fatture passive • Verifica corrispondenza ordini–bolle–fatture • Gestione scadenzario fornitori e predisposizione dei pagamentiREQUISITI: • Almeno 5anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi (amministrazione del personale +contabilità) in aziende o studi professionali • Buona capacità di lettura e interpretazione della busta paga •Conoscenza dei principali elementi contrattuali e degli adempimenti in materia di sicurezza sul lavoro • Autonomia nella registrazione delle fatture passive e nella gestione della prima nota fornitori • Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel) e familiarità con software gestionali •Ottime doti relazionali, empatia, riservatezza • Precisione, capacità organizzativa e attitudine al lavoro in team di piccole dimensioniAltre informazioni: Sede di lavoro: Pistoia(PT) Orario di lavoro: Full time (dal lunedì al venerdì) La durata iniziale del contratto e la RAL di riferimento saranno commisurati all’esperienza della risorsa.
