We are currently looking for a Senior Software Validation Engineer to support one of our prestigious projects a few kilometers from Milan.Role Overview: The candidate we are looking for will be placed within the Electronic Division and will deal according to the SW Validation manager the following activities: requirements analysis writing and execution of tests for the verification of the system and sw functions Documentation of results management of anomalies Basic requirements for holding the position: Degree in Electronic or Computer Engineering or Telecommunications or similar Experience 5 years in software verification and validation in real-time/embedded contexts Knowledge of black-box and white-box testing methodologies Knowledge of V-model like ASPICE (or CMMI) processes Knowledge of bug-tracking management tool (Redmine/JIRA) Knowledge of requirement management tool (DOORS) Knowledge of Italian and English languages Preferential requirements: Experience in automotive, rail or bio-medical sectors Knowledge of tools for static and dynamic code analysis CAN/LIN/UDS/J1939 bus knowledge Knowledge of the Functional Safety (ISO 26262 / 25119) ISTQB certification Next Steps: Someone from the Talent Acquisition department will contact you to schedule an initial HR interview. If successful, a second interview will be conducted to validate your technical knowledge. In case of a positive outcome from the technical interview, there will be a last qualification meeting with the Client. If the final outcome is positive, we will discuss our proposal with you.
