The roleAs Finance BP for the Caivano Sourcing Unit, you will collaborate with the leadership team on site performance delivery and monitoring. You will be involved in the local manufacturing finance agenda across costs, waste, capital expenditure, controls, forecasting and performance reporting. The role combines business partnering, controlling and planning to help the factory deliver safe, reliable, efficient and cost-competitive performance.
You will work closely with the Factory Leadership Team, Operations and Production teams, Supply Chain Finance, Supply Chain Financial Services and central finance teams. You will provide clear decision support, strong governance and practical recommendations that improve cost control, savings delivery and the long‑term competitiveness of the Caivano site. You will also support key transformation projects, including local finance and operational readiness activities linked to SAP 4HANA implementation.
What You’ll Be Responsible For- Partner with the Factory Leadership Team to drive site performance, financial discipline and operational decision‑making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost governance and month‑end activities for manufacturing costs, ensuring accurate performance monitoring and reporting.
- Deliver financial insights and recommendations to support cost control, waste reduction, productivity improvements and investment decisions.
- Ensure robust financial governance and compliance through effective controls, inventory management, audit readiness and adherence to company policies.
- Co‑drive the site savings agenda with Operations, Production and Engineering teams, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
- Support capital expenditure planning and investment appraisals, including business case development, scenario analysis and post‑investment benefit tracking.
- Contribute to key transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA implementation, by supporting finance data readiness, process alignment, testing and adoption.
Collaborate across the wider Finance and Supply Chain network to share best practices, strengthen capabilities and support regional improvement initiatives
We’re Looking For Someone Who- Has a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline, with solid experience in finance business partnering within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Brings strong expertise in manufacturing cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, performance management and financial analysis.
- Has experience supporting capital expenditure projects, cost improvement programmes, waste reduction initiatives and operational performance management.
- Is comfortable working with financial systems, dashboards and advanced Excel tools to generate insights and support decision‑making.
- Can influence stakeholders effectively and build strong partnerships across Operations, Production, Supply Chain and Finance teams.
- Thinks end‑to‑end and takes ownership for results, balancing business performance with strong financial governance.
- Is comfortable working in a fast‑moving, evolving organisation and managing multiple priorities.
- Values collaboration, clarity, accountability and a low‑ego way of working, while maintaining a strong control and compliance mindset.
