Join Caracol and be part of a diverse, talented team pushing the boundaries of additive manufacturing and shaping a more sustainable futureBUILD BEYOND POSSIBLE, WITH ADDITIVE MANUFACTURINGWho we are looking for:As an Inside Sales Intern, you will support our growing Sales team and help accelerate Caracol’s expansion across key international markets. In this role, you will contribute to lead qualification and early-stage commercial activities, becoming a crucial enabler of our business development pipeline.You will work closely with the Sales team to understand prospects’ needs, support the preparation of proposals and presentations, and maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM data.Few examples of responsibilities:Lead qualificationSupport the preparation of presentations, commercial offers, and documentationMaintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records Monitor industry trends and competitors, and support account and opportunity mapping.Collaborate with Finance, Marketing and Technical teams to prepare reports on pipeline status and sales KPIs.Ideal Background:Degree (or current student) in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or similar.A first internship or project experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.High motivation, curiosity, and a proactive, learner mindset.Analytical mindset and attention to detailsFluency in EnglishWhat we offer:A clear learning path with exposure to international sales processes.Friendly, diverse, and innovative work environment.Continuous learning and development opportunities.Opportunity for rapid growth within a global, fast-scaling technology company.Caracol is an equal opportunity employer.
