Acqua di Parma, where timeless craft meets vibrant spirit.MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIESWithin the Sell Out Team in Acqua di Parma Italia, the Counter Coordinator at La Rinascente Milano Duomo is in charge of achieving the sell out objectives while promoting the brand image. The Key Responsibilities are: Ensure achievement of the Counter sales targets and corporate objectives monthly, and then set and follow up individual and collective objectives, on a weekly and monthly basisManage and motivate all team members, ensure their development through regular coaching sessionsGuarantee the respect of the Brand image on all its aspects: merchandising, Beauty Consultants’ grooming and posture/standingEnsure the highest level of service is delivered to customers and develop customer loyaltyEnsure realization of all administrative tasks: shift planning, stock management and ordering, sales analysis & reportingREQUIREMENTSPrevious experience in the luxury industry with a customer-oriented attitudeEntrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive results Positive Attitude, fragrance passionate and team orientedAbility to listen and advise, have a taste for challenges and salesResult- and business-oriented with excellent selling skills Fluent English, additional languages are a plus.12 months MissionCandidates are invited to read the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation n. 2016/679 (GDPR) available at the following link:https://outside.lvmh-pc.it/downloads/ADP_INFORMATIVA_PRIVACY_CANDIDATI.pdf
