Our portfolio includes sensors, monitoring relays, energy meters, and solid-state solutions that enable applications in Industry 4.0, energy efficiency, e-mobility, and smart automation.To strengthen our European technical sales organization, we are looking for a Product Sales Support Engineer (m/f/d) based in Lainate, Italy.💡 Your RoleAs a Product Sales Support Engineer, you will act as a key technical interface between the European sales teams, customers, and our R&D organization. You will support the sales organization with deep technical expertise and help translate customer applications into successful product solutions.🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a strong understanding of customer applications and use cases for Carlo Gavazzi automation productsProvide technical guidance and expertise to the European sales teamsBuild and configure laboratory test setups to simulate customer applicationsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including on-site testing at customer locationsDeliver technical product and application training to sales teams, both locally and across EuropeTravel to customer sites as required to support new applications or resolve complex technical challengesAct as a technical bridge between the global sales organization and local R&D teams🎯 Your ProfileEngineering degree or equivalent technical background (preferred)Strong technical writing skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and explain complex topics clearlyTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and self-motivatedFluent in English (mandatory)Additional languages such as Italian, French, or German are a strong advantagePrevious experience in a similar technical sales support or application engineering role is a plus🌍 What We OfferA key technical role in an international, innovation-driven companyClose collaboration with sales, customers, and R&DExposure to a wide range of industrial applications and technologiesOpportunities for professional growth and continuous learningCompetitive compensation packageInternational working environment with regular customer interaction👉 Interested?We look forward to receiving your application.📍 Location: Lainate, Italy🕒 Contract: Full-time
