La tua Opportunità

Il/La Digital Merchandising Specialist sarà responsabile della gestione e ottimizzazione di tutte le attività di merchandising sulle piattaforme digitali durante le fasi di pre-season e in-season. Questo ruolo è cruciale per garantire che i nostri prodotti siano posizionati e commercializzati strategicamente per massimizzare le performance di vendita online, migliorare l'esperienza utente e allinearsi con gli obiettivi aziendali.

La tua Missione

  • Strategia e pianificazione dell’assortimento: Collaborare con i team merchandising retail, buying e design per definire gli assortimenti di prodotto, pianificare le collezioni online, monitorarne l’avanzamento fino ad assicurarsi la disponibilità di stock al lancio,
  • Calendario Go-To-Market: Sviluppare il calendario merchandising, allineando lanci e aggiornamenti chiave con la strategia di marketing e del brand. Coordinamento con i team creativi per garantire che gli asset digitali siano pronti per il lancio.
  • Analisi e benchmarking: Analizzare le tendenze di mercato, monitorando le azioni dei competitor e il comportamento dei consumatori per adattare la strategia merchandising e orientare la selezione dei prodotti.
  • Monitoraggio performance di prodotto: Tracciare la performance dei prodotti, analizzando dati di vendita, livelli di stock e interazione dei clienti per adattare le strategie di merchandising. Sviluppare reportistica dedicata rendendo fruibile lo storytelling di prodotto.
  • Ottimizzazione online visual merchandising: Assicurare un posizionamento ottimale dei prodotti sui canali digitali in base ai dati di traffico, conversioni e agli obiettivi aziendali.

Le tue Skills

  • Esperienza: 2-3 anni di esperienza merchandising, preferibilmente nel settore fashion o retail.
  • Competenze Tecniche: Conoscenza avanzata di Excel e dell’analisi dati. La conoscenza di strumenti di business intelligence (e.g. Power BI) è un plus.
  • Esperienza nella retail: Spiccata comprensione del comportamento dei consumatori e delle strategie commerciali.
  • Mentalità Analitica: Capacità di interpretare e sintetizzare dati di vendita e le metriche di performance per prendere decisioni di merchandising.
  • Collaborazione: Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e lavoro di squadra, con una comprovata abilità a lavorare in modo cross-funzionale.
