Posizione Per il Romeo Hotel 5* lusso di Roma siamo alla ricerca di uno/a CHEF DE PARTIE PASTICCERIA da inserire in pianta stabile, che avrà le seguenti mansioni: * Contribuire alla produzione a servizio di tutti gli outlet f&b dell'hotel * Controllare che la preparazione, la cottura e l'impiattamento avvenga secondo standard aziendali * Assicurarsi dell'approvvigionamento dei prodotti necessari alla preparazione della propria linea di lavoro; * Sarà responsabile della pulizia della propria area di lavoro. Requisiti * Esperienza pregressa in struttura 5* Luxury; * Competenze in diverse linee di pasticceria: boulangerie, viennoiserie, piccola pasticceria (italo/francese), amenities, etc.. * HACCP in corso di validità ; * Conoscenza standard LQA * Disponibilità a lavorare su turni Altre informazioni La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L. 903/77) e risponde a quanto previsto in tema di parità di trattamento tra le persone indipendentemente dalla razza e dall'origine etnica (ai d. lgs. 215/03), 216/03 by helplavoro.it
