Position OverviewWe are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international recruitment team on a full-time remote basis. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing candidates to promoting our employer brand and coordinating successful hires. Youll operate independently in a remote environment, collaborating closely with a multicultural and values-driven team. Key Responsibilities Lead the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiringStrengthen our employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experienceConduct structured interviews and coordinate candidate evaluationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and fulfill talent needsChampion an inclusive recruitment approach to support workforce diversity Required Qualifications Proven experience in full-life cycle recruitingStrong knowledge of employer branding strategiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsComfortable working remotely and autonomouslyExperience in multicultural or international work environments is a plusBachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field What We Offer Remote-First Culture: Work from anywhere with flexible hours (minimum 5 hours/day)Performance-Based Compensation: No fixed salary, but competitive fee structureInclusive Team Environment: Be part of a supportive, diverse global teamCareer Growth: Opportunities for learning, development, and advancement️ Work-Life Balance: Flexibility to maintain a healthy personal and professional life
