The ideal candidate has a strong attitude for customer care, fluent in languages, empathetic by nature, fashion and international luxury brands enthusiast with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Office: Milan, ON SITELanguages knowledge:• English (B2 - C1)• French mandatory (B2 - C1)Tasks:• Customer relations with Italian and international customers through phone/chat/e-mail• E-commerce and after-sales support: assisting customers in their online purchasesContract:Full time 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) on shifts 5 days a week.Qualifications:• Degree and/or experience in e-commerce Customer Care Fashion and Luxury.• Good knowledge of the main IT tools and specifically of Microsoft Office applications.Benefit:• Targeted and continuous training on Luxury Brands• Constant practice of languages and professional growth in the luxury world• Collaborative and supportive environment• Welcoming and innovative spacesSend your CV and Join our TeamA language test will be carried out in the initial phase of the interview.Odity is committed to equal opportunity in employment.
