Per una realtà leader nel settore dello Human Capital, cerchiamo un Sales Manager dinamico, orientato ai risultati, che avrà il compito di sviluppare nuove opportunità di business , gestendo l'intero ciclo di vendita e costruendo relazioni solide con i clienti. Responsabilità principali:Identificare e sviluppare nuovi clienti nel mercato di riferimento. Presentare soluzioni di consulenza HR personalizzate. Gestire trattative commerciali e chiudere contratti. Monitorare KPI di vendita e predisporre reportistica. Partecipare a eventi di networking e attività di employer branding.Requisiti:Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in ruoli sales, preferibilmente nel settore della consulenza HR. Forte orientamento al risultato e capacità di negoziazione. Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative. Conoscenza del mercato del lavoro e delle dinamiche HR.
