Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics.Your role at KIKO MILANOWe are looking for an Junior Campaign Specialist to join KIKO MILANO’s CRM Team, reporting to the Head of CRM & Customer Loyalty.Such talent supports the planning, execution, and optimization of global and local marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, and emerging platforms. He/she collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets, effective audience targeting, and consistent performance tracking. By leveraging data, analytics, and market insights, the role contributes to continuous campaign optimization, supports customer journey execution, and helps translate marketing strategies into impactful, well-coordinated activations.In particular, you will:Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring global marketing campaignsAssist with campaign setup via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and future channels.Conduct basic research on target audiences, competitors, and trendsHelp manage marketing campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverablesTrack campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BI, internal tools)Create campaign reports and share insights with internal teams regularly.Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and external partners to ensure timely asset deliveryAssist with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and optimization recommendationsProvide support for ongoing local activations by managing the process comprehensively from initial briefing through to final deliverySupport journey planning, execution, and performance trackingWhat you will need to succeedBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)Min 2 years of experience in campaign executionBasic understanding of marketing funnels and email marketingProficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and business intelligence platforms, along with a strong sensitivity to data insightsStrong knowledge of M. Office suitePrior experience with CRM or marketing automation tools is preferredData-driven mindset with interest in optimization and experimentationDemonstrated proficiency in the English languageWe would love if you hadExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for conveying key insightsExcellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks based on timelinesAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentKIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all’integrazione delle persone con disabilità all’interno dell’azienda.
